You will incur 50% cancellation fee prior to 6 weeks and no refund thereafter. For all cancellations received less than one month prior to the event we will be obliged to charge the full fee.
It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team of this change in writing prior to the event.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 our standard cancellation fee of 50% will no longer be implemented. However, there will be a small administration fee of $150 applied.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast and efficient please make sure full payment is received by FCBI Energy Ltd prior to the conference date. If your full payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in on the day of the conference.
Only one discount at a time can be applied to your conference registration fee.
If you are using a discount code the discount will be deducted from the current online price of the ticket.
Group discounts do not apply to existing registrations.
